- efficient, friendly and welcoming check-in

- the welcome drink from a few years ago is gone
- bare-bones room with zero amenities (not in line with a 4-star rating), e.g. no water kettle, no in-room tea and/or coffee, no mini fridge, no bottle of water, no body lotion, no laundry bag, no shoe horn, no A/C, no proper desk chair ...
- very crowded breakfast with staff constantly running late in cleaning tables, replenishing items
- extremely small in-room TV
- too large and hard single bed pillow, no pillow choice

The young lady at check-in was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast was first class if a little hectic. I would highly recommend this hotel and staff.

The atmosphere in the restaurant and check in was very positive and friendly. My daughter enjoyed watching the robot deliver drinks in the restaurant.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bed room had scuffs and the mattress was poorly maintained.
