Very pleasant, clean, and spacious room. Great location, close to public transport. Everything was in place for a great stay, if only the communication with the guest had been better.
1 - After the booking had been paid for through Booking.com, we were asked to complete the check-in through Cloudbeds, without any prior information. We were asked to provide a scan of our identification document, as well as a photograph and another valid payment method. Providing these documents is not legally permitted in my country. This was eventually resolved after we complained.
2 - To have the breakfast, we were required to use yet another platform and provide additional personal information. We were told that we would receive the respective link, but no information was given about how or where we would receive it. I assumed it would be through the chat we were already using or by email. Instead, the hotel apparently assumed that WhatsApp was the appropriate channel for communicating corporate information and that guests would be able to receive messages from unknown numbers. This was not the case for us, and a guest might not even use WhatsApp. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast on the first day. We will be requesting a proportional refund.

Nice room fully equiped.clean and comfy bed matress.
There was a constant sound probably from the ventilation system ? even though we didnt turn it on at all.after a point during the night it waa really disturbing.maybe the hotel management should be aware of the problem and solve it.its a pity for such a nice accomodation (room 101)

The location is fairly ok and it fitted our purpose. The size of the room was excellent.
The bed was not very comfortable. The mattres was lower in the middle.
