Apartamento super bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico como também bem próximo a estação de trem.
Cama super confortável, cozinha equipada.
Deixa a desejar um pouco na limpeza, mais diante da localização e do conforto da cama, super vale a pena.

The property was very nice. Location excellent.
Check in and access to the property was very difficult for 2 elderly people (75 years and 80 years) You need a modern smartphone and knowledge of Vikey system. I had never heard of this, nor are we confident in using our phone. Nowhere are these requirements mentioned in the advertisement of the property. When I realised that gaining access would be difficult I asked through Bookings.com to cancel our booking with a refund. I was refused.
We arrived at the property at 11pm. It was dark and we were unable to see the “ button “ or follow the instructions. Fortunately a resident of the apartments arrived and let us through the gates and helped us.
There was no washing up liquid, toiletries or cleaning clothes. These were provided when requested.
We will never again stay, nor recommend anyone to stay in one of their managed properties.
