Good location, lovely unit for a couples retreat. No noisey neighbours. Kangaroos right on the doorstep.
Spa was fantastic after a cold day hiking.
It has a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.
WiFi reception was slow which is expected in rural areas and we were still able to watch Netflix.
Gas fireplace doesn’t work despite following instructions but the split unit was sufficient to warm the unit.
The fridge isn’t good for keeping ice cream and vegetables simultaneously, it either freezes everything or isn’t cold enough in the freezer section for the ice cream to stay frozen.

The location and facilities including in the rain, the Netflix connection allowed us to truly relax after busy days, especially when my sister was unwell with a refreshed flu.
Also, the ability to cook somewhat and the kitchen inclusions were really appreciated.
We binged some thriller type Harlan Coben series with her under a blanket and me catching up on work.
Nothing really other than the intermittent internet. This is fully expected in regional Vic though and Joanne provided us with an outside workaround for the dongle which worked perfectly!!

Well set up property, good instructions to get in, good kitchen, comfortable beds.
Too many little things. The fridge was turned up full, so our vegetables froze and were thrown out. Wifi totally useless as was phone, so no communications at all. They need Starlink. Light above bathroom sink did not work.

Provision of dongel is antiquated to say the least
Kept cutting in and out and no instructions to work dongel
For price of place we think its only right to expect
A much better service even though the grampians us an isolated place this was major complaint
$$$$
