Staff was well mannered, that was the only positive point.
Booked 6 premium rooms with balcony but got 3 rooms without balcony and without the extra bed as promised in the description. Not at all worth the money they asked for. Also contacted the customer service regarding the same but no resolution. Booking.com does not provide any realtime customer support. So suggest everyone to avoid this platform.
