About this house rental
This urban oasis is a two-story full brick home that was built in 1922. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first level. As our guest you will have full privacy and access to all the comforts the property offers. This home is great for couples, long term stays, family vacations, concerts, ballgames, friends and business travelers. The property is close to all things St. Louis. Stay for a few nights or weeks. We are within 6 miles of some of the biggest venues and attractions. The property offers two king beds and one queen adjustable bed, with an additional sofa bed if needed. A fenced in yard with an outdoor Ring system, and the detached garage parking provides an additional level of security. This property is not handicap accessible.

The house is a really nice house. Every room in the house is very clean and nicely decorated. It is stocked with about anything you could want, especially the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked better than a lot of people's own kitchen. The fenced in back yard is very well maintained. The garage parking work out very well for us with five little kids. The garage was nice loading everyone up when it was raining and didn't have to try and keep kids out of the street while loading in the car. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

Beautifully decorated home with so much attention to detail and comfort for guests. Convenient to the many activities we enjoyed (zoo, art museum, City Museum, arch, and endless dining options). Would definitely recommend this location for families!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful property. The house itself is incredibly nice, spotless, and modern, making it the perfect home away from home.What made our stay exceptional:Thoughtful Details & Top-Notch Appliances: The hosts truly thought of everything. The appliances were excellent, and the kitchen and home were so well-stocked that there was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay.Family-Friendly Comforts: Traveling with little ones can be stressful, so having a high chair and a pack 'n play ready for us was a massive plus and deeply appreciated.Stunning Backyard:The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and served as a wonderful, relaxing oasis after a busy day of exploring.Safety & Peace of Mind: Having access to the garage and a security alarm system made us feel extra safe and comfortable in the neighborhood.Location:The location couldn't have been better. It was the perfect launching pad and incredibly close to all the sights and attractions we wanted to visit around Saint Louis.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If you are unfamiliar with the area I cannot recommend staying in the neighborhood. We did not feel safe staying with our family after seeing a fight on the corner, abandoned buildings and having our car approached. We found somewhere else to stay for the weekend. The inside of the house matched the listing and the hosts responded quickly and reported they have never had an incidents of crime at the property.
