We like the pool and man made beach.

Balcony. It's too tight. Only 1 person fits. Also roo 415 don't even have a bulb light for the balcony.

Overall it was a nice comfortable stay but I do believe it could be improved with cleanliness.

The location was great and convenient. The bed was super comfy. The room was a good size for two people.

There were cockroaches all over the kitchen and general social area. When we entered the room it smelt like friend fish.

Pleasant

The place was clean and complete with kitchen utensils. The view from our room was great!

1. Booking confirmed that the address is in Pasay but it is actually in Parańaque. So, it took us forever to reach the place. It was very disappointing. 2. The pool closes at 7pm. 3. The parking fee is too expensive considering it was just an overnight parking.

As mentioned previously, this property has a noticeable lack of organisation when it comes to checking in, checking out

Proximity to the airport, complimentary cutlery and kitchenware in unit.

Overcomplicated system with checking in and parking. Very stressful especially when you’re trying to catch a flight. Overall lack of organisation. Not particularly fond of sending your sensitive information through email (ID, Passport) in terms of data protection. And while reading the property’s response to negative reviews, they are rude and borderline harassment.

I like the pool view, veranda.

Outdated kitchen, bathroom, door, TV. Old plates, utensils. The bathroom was clogged. Need improvement.

it is not recommendable, there’s an extra charge for the pool, room is not maintained properly, Lot of hair in the bathr

it is near to Sm mall

cleanliness: Plenty hair in the bathroom. Rusty shower head, no hair dryer, no Iron for clothes.

overall it was a nice experience

staff was very helpful, apartment was clean however the bathroom seemed moldy. kitchen light was not working maybe just a lightbulb out

the view from the 17th floor, the friendly staff and sense of security and it was close to shopping and restaurants

everything close in proximity; the mall was within walking distance, they offered laundry services as well.

I didn’t appreciate how the staff treated my family like we weren’t guests; they wanted to hold onto our ID’s, questioned who can and cannot visit us there, couldn’t even invite them up to our room to use the comfort rooms. by the way, our kitchen & bathroom sinks ran slow as if they were clogged somehow. the towel rack in the shower room was broken & the top of the toilet glass was broken as well. I better not be charged extra for my stay! especially since all were broken beforehand.

Once I got the room that I paid for it didn't have the amenities that you were expecting like cable and Netflix you weren't allowed to use the game room or the gym or the spa that was for residents the wave pool was cool but you had to pay that s*** that should have been part of the hotel amenities I thought and the AC broke they moved us to another room but we had to move back and forth all of our food and clothes and everything and after all that I got kicked out at 1:00 so I had to sit at the airport the whole time until my flight took off at 10:00 I was there to spend time with my fiance I wish things could be a little bit better the country is beautiful

Every time we wanted to do something they would say that we had to make a reservation or put our names on the list and then they just straight up told us well all of these amenities are for the residents not for hotel guests so what good is offering this stuff in in the brochure like having the screen say Netflix on it and not have Netflix or say that there's a spa and a game room and a movie room and not being able to use it
