Following the cobbled streets of Rhodes old town you find yourself at the town house. You go inside and it is beautiful and historic with high ceilings and rustic décor. The house is on three floors and if you climb to the top you can look out through the roofs and minarets and can catch a beautiful view of the sea with it's historic harbour where one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world once dominated the landscape.
Opposite the house is a helpful shop owner who helped direct us. The House is in a great situation, 2 minutes from a supermarket where you can stock up with local delicacies and meters away from an award winning restaurant that provides the best rose cappuccino I've ever had. The air-conditioning is great in the kitchen, which leads out into a lovely courtyard where I fell in love with the garden cat who has two different coloured ears.
The master bedroom is very luxurious with high ceilings. The bath is also very special, but do bring a plug if you want to use it. There are great amenities, including a coffee machine and an air fryer! I loved our stay here and hope to come again one day.
There could be more bins, for example in the bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, keep the windows closed as you are close to the town. With the windows closed it was fine.
