About this house rental
Creta Galini House is located in the traditional village of Platania called Syrili. It is a brand new modern house with all appliances and a beautiful garden at which guests can find traditional vegetables. Creta Galini House has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests have the opportunity to use traditional wood oven and barbeque in the garden. From the balcony you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the calmness of the Cretan Nature. On the ground floor lives just the owner of the house on her own so you will have absolute peace and quiet.
Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package with traditional Cretan products, local wine, olive oil, fresh fruits and the famous Cretan "tsikoudia".

Das fast neue Haus mit der Ferienwohnung im kompletten Obergeschoss liegt sehr zentral gelegen im kleinen Dorf Sirili. Hier gibt es nur eine kleine Taverne, in der wir aber nicht waren. Nach Chania sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit, zum Falasarna ca. 40, zum Elafonissi ca. 75 Minuten. Tavronitis, der nächste Ort am Meer ist in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Hier gibt es u.a. auch einen Bäcker, eine Konditorei und einen Metzger. Die Lavazza-Bar war für den täglichen Cappuccino oder Frappé am Morgen ideal. Zwei große Supermärkte sind in Kolymbari; hier gibt es am Freitag auch einen Markt. Die Wohnküche der Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, wobei wir hier nur gefrühstückt haben. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich eine Spülmaschine fehlt. Ansonsten waren wir jeden Tag in einem Restaurant (u.a. Colombo, Cosmos, Corinna Star, The Five) oder einer Taverne zum Abendessen. Die Wohnküche und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Bad ebenfalls. In allen Räumen ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wir haben in der Wohnung erholsam und vor allem sehr ruhig geschlafen. Auf der Dachterrasse mit den Loungemöbeln hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die grüne Umgebung. Der Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen und Parkmöglichkeit für ein Auto ist sehr schön angelegt, mit einem Brot-/Pizzaofen und einen großen Grill, den wir hätten nutzen können. Wir hatten bisher auf unseren Reisen selten eine vergleichbar schöne Unterkunft gehabt. Die sympathische Großmutter unseres Vermieters, die im Erdgeschoss wohnt, hat uns mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten immer wieder beschenkt. Dafür bedanken wir uns nochmals recht herzlich. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut nach Kreta kommen.
