The door locks used a key code, so there wasn't a need for a key. It was convenient, once you memorized the key code.
The rental agency offered check-in from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in person. That was a small window of time, and given what little was offered at check-in doing it online by mobile phone would've been just as helpful.

The room was nice but definitely needs a new bed. The mattress is so uncomfortable and seems old.
