Niet helemaal zoals omschreven

Helaas viel het verblijf ons tegen. Verschillende voorzieningen die in de advertentie vermeld worden, hebben wij niet aangetroffen. Zo was er geen koffie of thee te vinden. Ook de schoonmaak kon beter. Er lag flosdraad op de vloer van de badkamer en het raam in de deur was vies en vettig. Let daarnaast goed op de kleine lettertjes bij het boeken. Daarin staan namelijk extra kosten vermeld. Voor twee personen betaalden wij €50 voor handdoeken en beddengoed en voor het meenemen van onze hond werd nog eens €50 gevraagd. Deze kosten staan dus wel vermeld, maar wij vinden €100 aan extra kosten behoorlijk veel. Vooral het verschil tussen de voorzieningen waarmee het verblijf wordt gepresenteerd en wat wij daadwerkelijk aantroffen, vonden wij teleurstellend.

Een teleurstellend begin van onze vakantie en helaas geen comfortabele plek om te verblijven.

Nadat wij twee nachten voor drie personen hadden geboekt en betaald, kregen wij pas daarna te horen dat er nog verschillende extra kosten bijkwamen: €50 voor bedlinnen, €50 voor de eindschoonmaak en €50 voor onze hond. Deze bijkomende kosten waren voor ons niet duidelijk vóór het afronden en betalen van de reservatie. Toen wij dit vernamen, wilden wij de reservatie annuleren, maar dit bleek niet meer mogelijk. Daarom besloten wij ons eigen bedlinnen mee te nemen en de accommodatie na ons verblijf zelf grondig schoon te maken, om ten minste een deel van deze onverwachte extra kosten te vermijden. Bij aankomst waren wij echter erg teleurgesteld over de staat van de accommodatie. De woning was niet goed schoongemaakt. De doucheruimte was niet proper en in verschillende hoeken hing er spinnenweb. Het was voor ons dan ook bijzonder vreemd dat wij €50 extra voor schoonmaak moesten betalen, terwijl wij zelf in een onvoldoende schoongemaakte accommodatie aankwamen. Wij hebben de woning na ons verblijf zelf zorgvuldig schoongemaakt en naar onze mening zelfs schoner achtergelaten dan hoe wij ze bij aankomst aantroffen. Daarnaast waren er ook problemen met de algemene staat en veiligheid van de accommodatie. De trap naar de bovenverdieping kraakte zeer luid en bewoog wanneer men erop liep, waardoor het niet veilig aanvoelde om naar boven te gaan. Ook waren sommige stopcontacten beschadigd of zaten ze los. Dit gaf ons geen veilig en comfortabel gevoel. Dit alles was helaas een grote teleurstelling aan het begin van onze reis. Vooral de onverwachte bijkomende kosten vonden wij erg onaangenaam. In onze ervaring met accommodaties in deze regio hebben wij niet eerder meegemaakt dat er na de betaling nog afzonderlijk €50 voor bedlinnen én €50 voor schoonmaak wordt gevraagd, bovenop andere bijkomende kosten.
