Great location, extremely convenient for Eurostar
Bathroom is difficult, lighting poor and once you have a shower it becomes unusable. But the staff was great, they cleaned up promptly and replaced the sodden towels.

The property was central to all attractions and amenities.. across from central train station. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and bathroom and bedroom cleaned daily with fresh towels

Location
Finding it was a nightmare. Perhaps send a small map of location once booking is confirmed. Not everyone arrives with internet connection immediately.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is excellent. The room itself is as advertised.
We were staying on level 4, however still get some street noise come into the room (trams, voices and glass breaking). The bathrooms is very small and shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and water goes everywhere. The mirror is sloped which gives you a distorted view. There were visable marks on the linen including a red mark on the hand towel. The lift was slow however the stairs were not an alternative as they felt unsafe to walk down. The curtains are not blackout, so if you are sensitive to light when you sleep this should be noted.
