Situated in Queen Anne, this charming house for $385 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy this wonderful home in one of THE BEST locations on the hill! Enjoy the generous feel of this well furnished 1908 Queen Anne Farmhouse, tailored to cooking and sharing time with family and friends. The huge dining room table can seat up to 10. East and west facing porches will invite you to relax with company in Seattle's soft coastal air. The living room sofa is large and comfy and the kitchen is perfect for sharing the creation of great meals. Forget the car, you’ll find all you need to enjoy the best of what Seattle has to offer, surrounded by excellent dining, groceries, boutiques and gorgeous neighborhood walks. Easy cab or bus ride down to Pike Place Market, the Waterfront, Safeco Field and the major hi-tech headquarters right down the hill. This ideal home base is close to all you need just an easy walk away. Trader Joe's (4 blocks); Safeway (5 blocks) and countless boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses, and much more. This neighborhood is loaded with parks, a library, swimming pool (2 blocks), wading pool, Anytime Fitness (½ block) and a robust neighborhood Farmers Market each Thursday from the end of May till mid October, 3:00-7:30PM, just 6 blocks away! We are kid friendly with pack’n play, a booster seat and some toys and books for little ones. In addition to the two bedrooms with queen beds, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. We also have 2 (4 inch) foam pads and sleeping bags for the younger folks. Let yourself in with key code entry. Check in time is 4pm, check out at 10am. Any questions or needs your host can’t answer, Kathleen, your co-host is nearby to help. Private parking behind the house off of the alley for one car (possibly two small cars bumper to bumper. There are 2 bus stops that serve numerous city routes within a couple blocks. There is also a lovely walk down 1st West with hill climb stairs that take you down to lower Queen Anne and the Seattle Center area. A short Uber or Lyft ride can get you to or from Airport Shuttle drops in the downtown area.

Perfect place to stay in Queen Anne while visiting Seattle to see our daughter! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. House stayed warm even when temps outside got below freezing. And we could walk to everything in this charming neighborhood.

The house was very clean and everything was extremely well thought out. It was so great to stroll to all the Queen Anne shops and restaurants just a few blocks away - such a lovely neighborhood - and we walked to Seattle Center several times as well. When we needed the car, the parking in back was very convenient. All in all, we’d definitely stay again.

This listing was accurate as depicted and the owner was responsive. We had most everything needed in the kitchen and the AC and window cooling layout was fine. We had no issues with internet connectivity although the tv setup was pretty no frills and not really usable with our FireStick. Be aware of any shopping trips walking down QA Hill to CVS etc., the return trip is a doozy. Great overall house layout and pretty comfortable beds. Thanks!

My dog and I accompanied my dad who was coming to town for a work conference. The home is in such a great location- just a block from restaurants, a mile from the Seattle Center, and less than an hour from hiking in the mountains along I-90. The streets around the neighborhood are tight- so you if you fly in and rent a car, you might want to consider getting something on the smaller side.

We had a great stay at the urban farmhouse in late April. It’s safe and quiet and well-appointed and clean. The location is excellent as a hub for seeing things. You can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and it seemed anywhere we went was a 10-20 minute drive. The beds were super comfy, the owner, Stefani, was great to work with, and we recommend with enthusiasm!

We had such a great stay in this sweat West Queen home. We truly felt like we stepped into someone’s lovingly cared for home and were welcomed with open arms. The neighbor was perfect for our family. Lots of shops and sights we could walk to and short drive to everything downtown. The home is incredibly charming, well updated and very comfortable. The beds are so cozy and the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved exploring the shops and restaurants in Queen Anne and appreciated having a Trader Joe’s that we could walk to so we could cook at home. It was a perfect few days in Seattle. Thank you Stefani and Kathleen for sharing your home with the world!

There were two couples and we really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfectly clean, well appointed, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Comfortable layout with a) bathroom on all 3 floors, b) 2 bedrooms don't share a wall, c) nice flow in living/dining/kitchen. Super quiet street. Amazing Queen Anne location. The hosts were fabulous, too!

Our family of 4 stayed and explored the city. The front porch was great for afternoon relaxing, and watching Queen Ann life move around. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. We loved our stay!!

Perfect Seattle Getaway!
Stayed for the weekend with girl friends and the location and house were perfect! Very chic farmhouse vibes, it looked even better in person than in the listing. Just down the street from the bus stop that takes you downtown, and in a very walkable neighborhood lined with coffee shops and cafes perfect for a morning treat. This was an excellent stay with communicative hosts and overall a great experience!

Lovely home in a great location!
We loved our stay at this place. It was a quiet street and within walking distance to so much (or a short Uber/Lyft). It's close to Trader Joe's, which made for easy grocery shopping and lots of cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed the front porch for sitting and watching the rain.
The two bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. If you have guests with mobility issues, the bath tub upstairs has a high ledge that can make it difficult to get in/out of. The other bathroom downstairs involves steep stairs.
In all we loved our stay and had a great time in Seattle.

Farmhouse chic
The farmhouse was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. The owners went out of their way to ensure our kiddos had plenty to do and play with. We definitely appreciated the carport parking. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved watching the hummingbirds while drinking coffee on the porch. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within waking distance including a Trader Joe's. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The pictures and description of this home DO NOT do it justice! This home is unbelievable. It’s thoughtfully designed, was spotlessly cleaned, very well equipped and in the perfect neighborhood. It was the perfect place for our family who ranged in ages 8 to 80. Thank you for hosting us!

My husband and I did an extended stay at Stefani's home in Queen Anne while we relocated to Seattle for work (45+ days). It was the perfect location -- walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and the best ice cream (Molly Moon). It was also convenient to other neighborhoods as we explored the city.The house itself has a great front porch which was perfect for social distanced hosting. It's an older house with some creaks and thin walls, but was fine overall for both my husband and I working from home full time (on a lot of meetings/video calls).The carport is narrow but sufficient for one car (small sedan). Street parking is 2 hours during Mon-Saturday so we always used the carport.Stefani was a great communicator and very accommodating. We had issues with the internet when we first moved in, and Stefani kindly agreed to switch providers and got much faster internet for our work from home needs. Kathleen, her cohost, stopped by from time to time for gardening and was friendly and helped to drop off/replenish supplies during our stay.Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Queen Anne for a few days, or several weeks!
