We LOVED our stay! We just rented for the weekend with the intention of taking home our limit of razor clams. The weather was very rainy and windy and there were no clams to be found but it didn’t matter! Every person in our group found something special… the teen boys could walk into the small town and socialize, the hearty adults fished and clammed right at the beach, there was great antique shopping and a cute little pub. The grandparents were thrilled to be able to watch all the action through the beautiful windows from the comfort of the house.
The hosts have perfectly stocked the house with special toiletries, bathrobes and an amazing spice rack! There was a lot of attention to detail. All that you could need without feeling cluttered. We all hope to stay at this wonderful home again in the near future.

We had such a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to how thoughtful every little touch was. From the handmade local soaps to the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and sheets. I can't say enough how lovely this place was, and how friendly and communicative the hosts were. We'd love the chance to stay again!

I don't think I could adequately describe how perfect this home was. Going forward all properties we stay at will be compared to this place. It was the most well equipped vacation rental any of us had ever stayed at bar-none. From games, to kites, to kitchen equipment, and even dog toys, this place had it all! If you're a beach lover you couldnt ask for a better location; the ocean was maybe 2 minutes away by foot! You can see the beach from every window in the house and the furniture was relaxing and comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased. Very highly recommend!

We are a group of cousins. We have stayed here two years in a row. We love the open feel of the main level where we can all gather. Everything is super clean and neat! The host is great with communication. All we needed was provided and all the extra toiletries and pillow mints are a nice touch! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

It was wonderful! The space was perfect for us (7 + dogs). There were lots of extra touches. Kitchen was totally stocked with things like spices, oil, foil and bags, snacks… Just a warm lovely experience.

We love this property! With a family of 3 generations it's perfect for all ages! One main room on ground floor for seniors and 3 rooms upstairs for the younger guest. 3 1/2 bathrooms is so amazing with the whole family. Perfect distance to walk to the beach and return with littles for bathroom breaks! Outside has enough room to play games, little bon fire or just sit on the relaxing porch chairs. The owners have stocked this home so well and have thought of everything from toys, toiletries, kitchen supplies, outdoor toys, pet supplies and so much more! Our family loves this place and the grandkids are already counting down the days for next years trip!

Our visit started out with a great surprise, being notified that we could occupy early! There were 5 of us ( girl friends from high school) celebrating our 70th birthdays. The house was the perfect size, conveniently located, super clean and beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some time at the beach in a quaint little town!

Clean, well equipped, private location, 5 minute walk to beach, spacious outdoor and indoors, with special touches not found in all beach rentals - TV in every room, lots of toiletries, fire pit with seating, roasting sticks, chairs to take to the beach, a lot of games for all ages, DVDs, easy check out instructions, bathrooms for all, etc. I hope I didn't forget something. We really enjoyed our stay!

The communication with hosts prior to arrival was the best ever and so helpful. House is inviting from the moment you drive up. Many thoughtful amenities and treats made us feel special (mints at bedside, snack bucket, toothbrush, binoculars to see to enhance beach view, dog dishes and leash). Sparkling clean with comfortable beds, several bathrooms, great kitchen that is amply supplied.
Being close to beach inspired multiple walks per day. We will be back next year!

Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The views were great, the beach is so close. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed for cooking over multiple days. We will be back as soon as we can get away!

Excellent communication from hosts on day of arrival and as needed. The home is inviting as you walk up to the door and throughout. Appreciated the many well thought touches and amenities. Having private bathrooms was very nice. The deck is lovely and furniture comfortable. Really enjoyed being able my take multiple walks on beach and the convenience in doing so. We definitely plan to come back next year.

A fantastic experience all around. The house is directly across the street from a path to the beach, so you are at the ocean in a two-minute walk. Gorgeous views from the upstairs bedrooms, with a lovely deck to watch the sun set over the water. Sparkling clean with a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious island for food prep. The beds are really comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the WiFi is reliable. There are all kinds of thoughtful details, like bowls/towels/balls for dogs, plenty of puzzles and games, a ton of chairs for sitting outside in nice weather, toiletries if you forgot your toothbrush (to include homemade soap!), grab-and-go snacks, etc.. The thing that really sealed the five stars, though, was the hosts themselves. We somehow managed to leave two of our bags behind - including one that contained my dog's chemotherapy. I was completely out-of-my mind frantic, and they were so lovely and understanding about it - making an unscheduled and well-out-of-their-way drive to the house that afternoon to gather my bags and boxing everything up and getting it in the mail to me the very next day. They even remembered that I had asked about where they got one of the pretty soap dispensers in the house, and they added it to the box! Truly outstanding hosts!!!!

Stayed at this house four or five times now. This time with friends and their two dogs. 4 adults, 3 children - plenty of space for everyone. Such a fun place, the weather wasn’t the best, but the house had good games and everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals. House was clean and beds were comfy! Love that we can keep going back. We have created so many memories, and we hope many more to come.

As a family we have rented numerous homes and this rental was by far the cleanest and most welcoming place that we have ever been. We are by no means clean freaks, but we still have standards, especially when you have to drop a large sum for cleaning fees.
Check-in was a breeze. The house was spotless and very well organized. The views and layout were outstanding. It was great to see that someone had taken the time and energy to make this rental as comfortable and inviting as possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone...

The house was great! we were a 10 minute walk to the beach for slow middle aged people. It has a ton of outdoor seating. There is a coffee shop and a convenience store within 1 block. it also feels less crowded then ocean shores. Highly recommend!

It is a well managed property. Supply of towels and amenities for cooking was more than adequate for our stay. All in all it was a fine foundation for our family get away to the beach.

The first impression of the house is when you walk up to it. The glass in the front door needs to be replaced for that good first impression. Otherwise everything in side was clean.

Great location!
We love how close this home is to the beach. Having four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath is amazing. Love the deck and front yard for kids to just go play. There is a wood plank walkway that looks great but grandson got a really bad sliver. Luckily it didn't ruin his fun. Front door glass window needs to be replaced the seal is broken but that is minor. The TV's in 2 of the bedrooms are really tiny but worked fine.
We are very thankful for this house. Hopefully able to rent again next year making it 3 years in a row.

Wonderful Family Celebration/Vacation!
The house was all we expected and much more. Lots of seating inside and out...even for the fire pit. Very well appointed. Lots of extras...even doggie toys, matt, and a yard stake. Appliances, coffee maker, faucets, kitchen gadgets, bathroom supplies, etc were all fine quality and looked new. Everyrhing you could want or need was there for us. Loved all the windows! We all enjoyed the extra touch of matching bathrobes...perfect for our am mimosas! It was cold and windy so we appreciated the heaters. Everything was spotless and looked brand new! We loved this house. It was super close to the beach and very quiet day and night. We would highly recommend this house!

Wonderful stay once again!
This has become one of our favorite homes to getaway. Third time staying here. The house is cozy, upstairs and downstairs. Love all the windows, with ocean views from the 2nd floor. House is always so clean. Love that it has a washer and dryer for after all the beach fun. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook any type of meal. Appreciate ALL the bathrooms! Perfect yard for hanging out, yard games, bubbles, firepit. Beach is so close, that we walked the beach multiple times a day. The owners are very communicative, they respond within an hour. We were there during the Tsunami warning, the owners were kind enough to let us know what the situation was and gave us a heads up. This house is everything we could ask for and can't wait to stay again.
