A beautiful hotel in a lovely location with lovely surroundings.Very relaxing atmosphere. There is nice scenery al wayl around. It has a lot of character! Very traditional. Quite a few stairs to climb, but it comes with a traditional old farmhouse.
You can connect with nature by going for lovely country walks.We cane across a nearby farm with cows and lovely fields, It is a longish walk to the historical town centre down and up a very steep heel, about 20 minutes. We parked our car halfway down that hill ( like lots of other people do) every day and walked to town and back.
You can have breakfast at the hotel, which is very traditional , freshly cooked pastries, baguettes, ham, cheese,jams, and yoghurts.But it's not included in the price of your room, which is a pity. It is not clear on a website that you have to pay for breakfast on top.
Rooms are nice. They can do with more complimentary shampoo and shower gel.We only had 2 tiny bottles for 2 of us for the whole week.Luckly, we brought our own ones.There is no proper shower, just an attachment to a tap, which is fine.It could do with fixing on a wall at a better height. Otherwise, it was powerful enough.There is no kettle in a room.Bring your own one if you like your hot drinks.
There is a lovely restaurant on premises. They serve beautiful food.You must try. We had our meals there twice. We weren't disappointed. It is a very busy restaurant. You have to book in advance.
It is misleading on a website about breakfast. It doesn't say that you have to pay extra for it on top of your room price.It is 12.50€ per person, and it all adds up, especially if you come with a family.

The location as it was well of the beaten track. Also the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Beautiful locación, quiet, 20 minuten to honfleur centre and the beach
We could not keep a window open during the night as the only window was an emergency door with open access to everyone. The room was really outdated. Bed was okey.
