Location was perfect to visit downtown area and El Cerro de las Campanas. Breakfast had a good variety of fruits.
Staff was super attentive and very friendly.
The lights by the bed were not positioned right (normally, the lights should be by the night table for convenience). Other than that, room was comfortable.

The location was convenient, it seemed safe and the staff was very nice. The parking is complimentary is right out front.
The bed was uncomfortable, the coffee maker had a used coffee pouch left in basket, the ironing board is tiny, the bathroom is dark and the shower wasn't as clean as it should be. The hallways had a very strong chemical smell.
