Each villa has its own: private fenced pool, air conditioning in lounge, Unlimited Internet, outside entertainment & bbq area, oven & cook top, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

- Checkout is strictly 10am and Check in is 4pm. This allows our cleaners and maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in.
- Policy: Single reservation check out date
Multiple checkout dates within a single booking are not permitted.
- 3x Villas are side by side which can be noisy depending on number of guests.
- Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night.
- Roosters may crow in the mornings.
- We are on the backroad, not on the beach.
- Town is 15-20mins walk.
- Best to have a rental vehicle.

This was a great stay, everything described was spot on. Being back one street from the main street was very sheltered and quiet. Everything that we needed was there, we took our own snacks. Found shops to stock up for the days we were there. It is very well kept, and the pool was great for lounging around in and cooling down. No complaints about this place at all. Ooh and just around the corner on the main road is a great place for breakfast and coffee "Soul".

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in Rarotonga for a month-long trip and the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The owner and team were very helpful, communicated excellently, and handled any issue with the unit that came up. The pool and back patio were lovely. I highly recommend this property and cannot wait to stay there on my next trip!
