Modern, spacious and well-equiped rooms. Good beds. Very good welcome from all the staff. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Located right at the entrance of the bazar, near the great mosque and the Green mosque, and the interesting city Museum.
Nothing for the property.
The area was noisy at night.

What a great find! Steps from the bus stop. So conveniently located and easy to get to. Staff were unbelievably nice and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend staying here if you happen to find yourself in Bursa!

Location is ok but was overly exaggerated on the hotel's website in terms of approximaty to the sights to visit in the old city.
Uncomfortable beds, the acess to rhe maze-like basement parking, sub par breakfast for a 4 star hotel. Relatively poor housekeeping that 4 star level calls for.
