Disappointing

Having Linen provided was great

House feels neglected, very basic Bach with out comfortable outdoor seating or entertaining area. Dusty old plastic furniture. BBQ was unusable due to built up grease, grime dirt and rust. Dishwasher was broken and did not work. Tiny bathroom with a partition wall rather than full privacy. Doors did not close. Run down. Not suitable for a group. For the same price there are much better houses to rent in Waimarama. This one should be half the rate. We paid about $650/night in early Dec. way overpriced for this very basis house.
