The host Kim went out of her way to accommodate me and the stay at the lodge. I was greeted with a cold beer at their modern Lappa.
The facilities are modern and clean with everything you need to self cater so the braai in the evening was very nice overlooking the bushveld and the sound of the river
The road coming into the place I was being repaired and that was slightly tricky but overall well worth the travel for really good accommodation in the area

Very friendly & helpful hosts Stefaans & Kim. Most peaceful setting & you can watch game from your verandah - which has a superb barbecue (braai) with lots of chopped hard wood.
It is not very practical for an overnight stay, due to it's location off the beaten track - and time consuming drive on farm roads. The lovely setting and facilities, well worth staying for - for two or more nights.
