Once you enter this gated property, and proceed up the 300ft driveway, a custom four bedroom, four and a half bath shingled Hampton’s classic awaits you. It’s situated on 1.3 acres with views to Shinnecock Bay and the ocean beyond. It is located south of the highway and only minutes from Southampton Village and beaches. This property is lushly landscaped, surrounded by pine, spruce, oak and maple trees to create a unique and completely private oasis. You will find the homes interior beautifully appointed, featuring tasteful decor, beautiful art, vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room and second floor bedrooms. This home also features a working fireplace and plenty of glorious light throughout provided by large windows and glass doors. As you exit the expansive sliding French doors from the living space, you will be greeted by a backyard that you will never want to leave. Enjoy a free-form 20X40 heated gunite pool (with removable pool fence if needed) surrounded by a blue stone patio and garden. Should you wish to sit in the sun, high-end lounge chairs await you. If its shade your desire, a 950 square foot covered porch provides plenty of seating for lounging or dining, while overlooking the lush landscape and pool area. Just back from the beach or just need to freshen up? No need to go inside, just follow the blue stone path to a large outdoor mahogany shower. Each of the four bedrooms is equally pleasing, complete with their own en suites full baths, and plush sleeping arrangements with either queen or king beds There are two bedrooms on the main level with queen beds and two bedrooms on the second floor, including the master. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size slay bed, two walk-in closets, a TV, and a separate alcove area with desk. The master bathroom also includes a steam shower for your enjoyment. In addition, a 3rd floor loft is a perfect home office or a 5th bedroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern high-end appliances, including a Wolf six burner stove with two ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, as well as a high-end Juror coffee/cappuccino maker for your daily coffee enjoyment. The kitchen includes marble countertops as well as a teak covered island with a second sink. Straight off the kitchen is an informal dining table with seating for eight. Also, large French glass doors lead right from the kitchen onto the covered deck. This open concept allows guests to mingle from the kitchen, dining and living space, and seamlessly flow from inside to outside spaces. Feel like working out? Feel free to the use the Stairmaster and rowing machine for indoor exercise or the indoor table tennis for a good match. Or, use the bikes to take a ride to the Picnic Bay and enjoy the stunning sunset, only five minutes by bike. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are available for your convenience when visiting the several gorgeous beaches of Southampton. Beautiful property that is perfect for families. The pool was a wonderful asset on a hot week in August. Hosts were very easy to work/communicate with and easily in contact if needed. Highly recommended location.

This House is ideal for a Hamptons getaway. Just a few minutes drive into Southampton. The pool was immaculate. Secluded and set back from the road. Ralph, the house owner, was gracious and always available. 10/10. Hope to be back next year.

We had a wonderful time at this property in august 2021. The house is beautiful and well-furnished but the real gems are the amazing outdoor spaces- a wraparound porch, patio, and large pool. The house is within 15 mins driving distance from downtown Southampton and 5 minutes from Hampton bays. Ralph and silke were excellent hosts- very easy to communicate with! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
