The staff members were kind, flexible, and very welcoming. Communication was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy. The whole place was extremely guest-friendly.
Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfortable, with a coconut-fibre mattress, and the room also had air conditioning.
Everything a guest could need was provided. The kitchen was available for guests to use and was fully equipped. There was also a washer-dryer, and both laundry detergent and fabric softener were provided.
The fridge was stocked with yogurt, water, and orange juice, while the room had tea and a small basket filled with both sweet and savoury snacks. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
In the living room, guests could also make themselves a delicious coffee using the capsule coffee machine, which was complimentary.
The apartment was in a very central location. Shops, restaurants, the harbour, and bus stops were all nearby. Transfers could also be arranged on request at a reasonable price. There was also a 24-hour reception service.
The whole place had a cosy, independent, yet still very homely atmosphere. For me, it met every need, and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

The hostess was extremely warm and friendly. She helped us navigate our way through Naples by calling taxis for us and explaining how to use transportation in Naples. She even did my laundry for me. I feel like I made a real friend in Naples.

Host is helpful , close to harbour/port
Host stays in same house sharing was not mentioned in description while booking, plus it was ground floor- no sea view
