We had a great stay here, the staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved the Ganga view and the hot water :-) the beds are also really big!
We had a good stay, when there was an issue with the boiler we were given access to another room to shower!

It is an amazing hotel if you are planning to stay near Laxman Jhula.. The views from the balcony is top notch. It is near famous cafes in Rishikesh for example Little Buddha Cafe, Freedom Cafe. But if you are staying in this hotel don't forget to go to La Vasta Pasta and Odyssey Bakings.
There is one negative point is that if you are going to book a cab or auto there is no direct way to the hotel.. the auto drivers leave you around 1-2 km away and then you have to cross Laxman Jhula.
