This was our second stay at Pickalbatros White Beach, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. We loved everything about the hotel it is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to make your stay special. The food offers a fantastic variety every day and is delicious, with something for everyone. The pools, gardens, and private beach are stunning, and there are always plenty of sunbeds available. Everyone works so hard and keep guests entertained throughout the day and evening. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued, which is why we chose to come back. We can’t wait to return for a third visit!
Honestly, nothing. Our stay was fantastic from beginning to end. If we had to mention one thing, it would only be that the holiday went by far too quickly!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here! The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
A special shoutout to Abdelsamad, who took incredible care of our room. It was always spotlessly clean, and we loved returning to find the towels folded into hilarious and creative shapes—it was such a fun touch every day!
The dining experience was equally wonderful thanks to the amazing restaurant and waiting staff. Imad, Rachid, and Yassine were attentive, friendly, and provided top-notch service at every meal.
On top of that, the animation team was absolutely phenomenal, keeping the energy high and everyone entertained. The pool area was also kept pristine and sparkling clean throughout our stay.
Everything was perfect, and we can’t thank the staff enough. We will definitely be back!

Big but not too big, clean, lots of pools, not much to do in evenings, alcohol was poor, food was good. Not a 5 start ultra inclusive
Alcohol, was a fair way to walk to town. Beach was hard to get down to.

1.We had booked the royal suite which is their best suite (for my spouses birthday). The suite was very spacious and beautiful inside. We had a beautiful towel arrangement, roses and balloons which were a nice touch. The shower was incredible, perfect water pressure and temperature. Loved the fact that were 2 toilets in the suite.See under room
Some of the staff were great, they really made our experience better-Tarik Ramouki was a notable example, cheerful, kind, proactive-we didn’t know there was barbecue at night at dinner and he guided us. The tall thin gentleman in a black suit -I forget his name was also good.
The Moroccan breakfast was wonderful, loved the foul medames and Moroccan breads. The restaurants were decent overall, although not quite 5 star level-they really really need to be signposted better and have more variety. Loved the little bakery for evening tea/ cakes/ snacks
The evening entertainment was kind of fun. The animation team works really hard to keep everyone engaged and happy
What went wrong:
Room: air con in the bedroom was not working. The first night I waited up until about midnight for the guy to sort it but he couldn’t. The next day someone fixed it only for it to stop working again at night. I complained at least 3 times for the first 3 nights consistently yet no one seemed to bother much. I couldn’t sleep very well because the room was too warm. Ultimately on Day 4 the GM Mr. Amgad switched us to another suite where the AC was working but it was too late honestly, we had already wasted 3 nights. The first suite also had a slight background foul smell which was unpleasant. And the back area of the suite isn’t as private as it seems in the photos. There were multiple bugs in the suite-at least 2 large spiders-which I am terrified of!
Staff: Some staff are incredible as mentioned above. Unfortunately quite a large number of other staff are just nonchalant. Part of the issue is language. Most cannot speak anything beyond a few sentences in English so there’s just no way to communicate! But others are just plain rude. They seem to have certain types of clients they prefer. The pizza guy at the pool snack bar just plainly ignored my daughter who was waiting for a sandwich and went on to serve other clients who apparently seemed more important than her. There was definite differential treatment of various clients I could see based on age, appearance, ethnicity etc.
Restaurants: no clarity on what each restaurant offers, just a printed sheet handed over to you with some basic descriptors-we went to the Moroccan rooftop buffet which was nice, and were recommended to reserve tables for the à la carte restaurant for the next night which also happened to serve a fixed pre selection of Moroccan food( no options or choices given), which was repetitive and not really Ala carte. Had we known this we would not have opted for this.
