立地の良い場所でリーズナブルなところがとても良い。
オシャレでサプライズ場としても使用できそう。
衛生的に悪いとは言えないが、細かい所の掃除が行き届いていない。ホコリ、カビ。後は宿泊前後に部屋の換気長時間するようにした方が良いと思います。入室時は臭いがこもっており違和感を感じました。

駅からは少し遠いのでキャナルシティーや中洲川端に行く人にはオススメ

商業施設も近くにたくさんあり、部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかった。
近くのお店で屋外で大音量でカラオケをしていたのが少しうるさかった。

キャナルシティのすぐ近く、博多駅や天神駅まで徒歩約15分と便利。
部屋自体は清掃されている感じだったが、トイレやお風呂、洗面所などから臭く匂ってくる。排水口から？特にドライヤーを使うとカビ臭い。ドライヤー持参したらよかった…あとクーラーつけると子供がくしゃみ連発していた。
