It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. The car parking was secure and right next to the house, in a large, locked courtyard. There was a pleasant little outside seating area.. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there was a full sized oven, hob and also a barbecue and charcoal available . Excellent shower.
It was a flat, easy walk to local restaurants.The house is in a quiet but central location. We actually took the car to a beach where there was free parking and a wc on the beach, though no refreshment facilities. There were shops in easy walking distance and a brilliant market on Wednesday morning. A short drive away was the Carrefour Market, which was a very well provided large supermarket with good fresh produce. The host was very communicative with clear instructions provided. Overall a good comfortable place to stay for a few days
As others have noted, the steps to the mezzanine bedroom are very steep indeed. ( especially coming down). Not suitable therefore for anyone infirm. The downstairs rooms are fine. Pity the second one has bunks from our perspective as otherwise, it would have suited us better to use those two. Just mentioning this so that people are aware if needing to use the second double room. We still enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately the toilet has an unpleasant smell but doubt anything can be done about that as it is presumably the sewage system. ( It helped to leave the seat closed )

Petite maison extrêmement confortable, décoration soignée, idéalement placée dans Cabourg. La maison est au fond d’une petite copropriété, loin du bruit de la rue. Le petit jardin joliment aménagé est très agréable et permet de prendre ses repas dehors.
L’hôtesse Delphine est plein de prévenance et de petites attentions

la maison est très confortable, moderne, bien equipée et bien localisée !
il y a quelques petits problèmes domesiques à régler, tels que:
- l'abattant WC devrait etre remplacé ou réparé
- le mitigeur de la cabine de douche devrait être réparé (peu ou pas d'eau froide, et en ces temps de canicule !)
- la poignée/serrure de la porte d'entrée meriterait un réglage ou une réparation
$$$$
