SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone

Very clean and modern. Very nice staff.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location is excellent, just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing not to love

Beautiful views, building was in good shape, breakfast/common area was great

They put everyone who checked in that weekend on the same wing of the same floor. It was our anniversary weekend and we were next door to a family with a bunch of extremely loud kids. There was someone else's hair in the shower. The mirror on the closet door had been sprayed with cleaner, then left to dry without wiping it down. And there was a $20 per night parking fee which i dont recall being disclosed when I reserved the room. When I asked what the fee was for, I was told it was for security and parking lot upkeep, but I was given a parking pass saying the property was not responsible for lost/stolen items from my vehicle. Then why am I paying to park if the parking area isnt secure? It didnt make sense. Either way, the hotel itself was nice, staff was decent. Location was great.
