Mooi appartement op een fijne plek. Recht tegenover een winkelcentrum met supermarkt. Een eigen parkeerplaats! Vriendelijk personeel. Ruim met alle apparatuur die je nodig hebt.
De douche lijkt niet af. Er is geen haakje om de douchekop aan op te hangen. Geen airconditioning wat in augustus wel een uitdaging was. Wasmachine en vaatwasser staken uit onder het aanrecht alsof eraan gewerkt was. Afvoer in de keuken was regelmatig verstopt. Voordeur kon niet op het nachtslot.

Mariana and Carlos were very professional and super responsive. Always happy to help.
The flat has a parking bay in the garage which is very helpful as parking can be limited on the streets.
Lift is available which is great when you have luggage.
The building is located literally opposite a shopping centre which is super useful for quick groceries.
There is a fan in the flat which ended up being super useful as it can be quite hot/humid in Madeira.
Washing machine + dishwasher: amazing!
I don’t know if the problem is with the water pressure or the shower head in the bathroom but it would need to be fixed.
Maybe more crockery (especially glasses and table spoons) and kitchen towels.

Posizione ottima e comoda a tutto, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, garage privato per la macchina
Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo scoperto purtroppo una serie di cose che ci hanno infastidito :
1) la tapparella della camera da letto era rotta, non si poteva uscire in balcone, era tirata giù del tutto e non passava nemmeno aria. La nostra host ci ha detto che l’avrebbe sistemata, siamo arrivati venerdì sera, andati via il giovedì dopo e ancora non era stata sistemata dopo circa una settimana. Abbiamo pagato per avere un appartamento ok e invece abbiamo trovato che l’accesso migliore al balcone era inagibile e la nostra host non ci ha neanche proposto di compensare in qualche altro modo.
2) la struttura non era molto pulita
3) il bagno era provvisto di una vasca con tenda, quindi acqua dappertutto quando ci lavavamo e inoltre il doccino non aveva la struttura di appoggio, quindi bisognava tenerlo sempre in mano. Davvero scomodo.
