About this house rental

Nestled in Point Pleasant Beach, this attractive house for $900 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to this sunny and bright 5-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home that sleeps 10 comfortably. This house is a perfect rental for extended families looking for a great getaway on the Jersey Shore. Convenient location just 1.5 blocks from private Bradshaw Beach and an easy walk to the fun, festive Jenkinson’s Boardwalk. Less than a 10-minute walk to the train and into town and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in driveway and free street parking too. There is one main living area with seating for everyone and a large dining table both inside and out. Relax on the back patio with BBQ or the charming front porch to people watch and enjoy the passersby. In addition to 2 baths with showers, there’s an outdoor shower as well. Three bedrooms with queen beds and two with 2 twin beds each. Because it’s one story, it’s convenient for seniors and little ones alike – just a few steps up or down and grab bars in both showers. Dogs are welcome too but please clean up any doggie waste (pooper scooper provided). We hope you will come stay in our lovely home too. Feel free to learn more here too: beachhouse-nj.com. Summer: Only Accepting full week requests with strong preference for 2-week tenants Memorial through Labor Day (Saturday to Saturday). No prom weekend requests please. Off season, we will welcome 3-night visits. Covid-19/Corona Virus-Related Update: To our potential guests... We know this remains an uncertain time. Please note our covid safety policies: Cleaning/Sanitization: We are doing all we can to sanitize between rentals and being mindful of CDC suggestions. Tenants provide own towels and sheets, however we do provide pillows and plenty of blankets. Recent health write ups do suggest that, in an abundance of safety, you may wish to bring your own pillows or blankets as well. Pillows cannot be washed between tenants. Cancellation Policy for Summer/Memorial Day – September, 2020: We’d love to have you at our place but want to be sure that you know that, if you do book with us, we will be unable to offer a refund should you change your mind. Our cancellation policy is firm as we have many requests for the safety and autonomy of a house at the Jersey shore. Currently, beaches are open with social distancing and the Boardwalk is open. However, unless re-quarantined, we will be unable to provide any refunds due to cancellation. Thank you and be well!

The owner, Lisa, was in touch to make sure everything was as promised, as well as responding swiftly when I had questions. The layout and appointments in the home itself were such that we could all be comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and big enough for several people to move around easily. I highly recommend this home - so worth it!

Perfect Getaway, Home, and Location - Fantastic Experience!
The entire experience was wonderful and seamless thanks to the owner's attention to detail. So welcoming and a joy to work with! Before we arrived we received a package via email with all we needed to know to prepare including instructions on air/heat/internet, where things are located, and how to use. The house is beautiful, clean, and user friendly with a wonderful open room for us all to gather, a great kitchen filled with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and a perfect backyard space with tables and chairs to gather, grill, relax, play. All dog friendly too! Location Location Location - a 2 minute walk to a magnificent beach! Down the beach is a wonderful boardwalk filled with shops, restaurants, games, mini-golf and more. Walk or short drive to so many great restaurants and sunset view. We loved it all and look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our family and friends!

The house was perfect size for two families with 6 kids (between 2-12) and we loved that it was one floor. We didn't have to worry about young kids going up and down stairs, etc. They were able to run around back and forth. There was plenty of room for everyone -- two wings to the house with the kitchen and dining area separating the two wings (3 bedrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms in the other side). It felt more spacious than the pictures showed. The living room also was actually very spacious and easily accommodated all of us hanging out. Kitchen felt large for a few adults to move around meal prepping. The dining space was a little tight but not uncomfortable, and we had kids eat first and then the adults and that was fine. We loved the backyard space, the lawn area (great for kids) and the dining/lounging tables. And we actually spent some time sitting on the front porch as well. Lovely quiet street and neighborhood. Not a problem at all being a corner house. The outdoor shower was another great feature. We showered all the kids outside after being at the beach. The beach was super close, just 1.5 blocks. So convenient. We had napping toddlers and it was so easy to bring them back for naps. The private beach was also very clean, nice sand, not crowded. The beach is private but accessible to the public, but didnt seem like people outside the community were there. The boardwalk is about 4 long blocks away, so it was quieter. We did take a walk down to the boardwalk and during non-pandemic times, this could be a fun thing to do as well. There were rides and arcades off the boardwalk, which we didn't take advantage of but nice to know is there for the future. Also, there's a lake there you can walk with kids and see ducks etc.. The house was very clean, plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances. The owner was very friendly, accessible and super responsive and accommodating. We really had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

We rented for a week to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday., and it was fabulous! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and the 4 bedrooms and spacious living room were the perfect layout for our family of adult children, their spouses and the baby. A short walk to the beach, which was also gorgeous and not crowded at all. Lisa was welcoming and answered any questions we had! We are sad to leave and would definitely choose this house again!

We rented for a week to celebrate our granddaughter’s first birthday., and it was fabulous! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and the 4 bedrooms and spacious living room were the perfect layout for our family of adult children, their spouses and the baby. A short walk to the beach, which was also gorgeous and not crowded at all. Lisa was welcoming and answered any questions we had! We are sad to leave and would definitely choose this house again!
