The location is amazing, property clean and beds super comfortable. Staffnare very accommodating and always reply to messages.
The write up isnt clear regarding accessibility. Im disabled and it was worded the unit is ground floor, but that's just bedroom 1 - the 2nd bedroom is up a narrow winding flight of stairs and the kitchen and living room up a further flight so that needs to be clearer. There was a blind broken in the 2nd floor bedroom which even though they advised a newc one had been ordered, it wasn't relayed to us and nothing was put up as a temporary measure so that room was light making it difficult to sleep. The main issue was accessibility so not good for anyone struggling with mobility.
The living room was small so as there were 4 of us, not enough room really to spread out on the 1 sofa so we sat around the kitchen table.

Clean and comfortable
Communal bathroom. Hot water didn’t work. It worked for a hot and then went cold.

The apartment was well equiped. Emaculately clean, very welcoming and comfortable. Information was shared from the host in good time, communicationnwas amongst the best you could have. Very comfortable stay recommend unreservedly. I WIill 100% be returning here. Thankyou.

The location of the flats is perfect in report to all the city's amenities.
Sofa was dirty, found out when we've put it down as a bed. Location's reply to that was that we didn't pay for it. I failed to understand why a sofa needs to be paid for to be clean?
Stains on the bedding - was offered replacements
Shower wouldn't close all the way
Broken blinds.
Clearly a run down place that needs some upgrading and maintenance
