Fabulous family beach home, 3 bedrooms, two lounge areas both with large TV's two bathrooms, dining/fully equipped modern kitchen with a small commercial coffee machine. The property has a split system heating/cooling. Walking distance to Cowes bay beach. Outside entertaining area with bbq, games room with billiard table, outside half basketball court. Fully fenced for children and pets.
Linen is only supplied for the Moto Gp event and Superbikes for all other bookings you are reequired to bring your own sheets and towels doonas and covers are provided.
$50 booking fee is required when booking

Bed 3 2 sets of bunks
Please note the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The property does not take schoolies bookings. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. This property is subject to local council regulations, and compliance with all applicable requirements is mandatory.

Shed was great! We all enjoyed playing pool and darts. Multiple living areas made it easier when we need quite space. Location was exactly what we wanted with walk to the beach. Basketball hoop gave another family time.Being able to bring our dog was priceless. House was modern, clean and kitchen had everything. We loved it.

Fantastic property, shed was a hit with great activities, house very clean, close to beach.Great secure yard for the dog.Host was easy to communicate with.Cannot fault, will defintely be back
