Fairly modern, decent access to various shops, not too far away from the beach (but nowhere near so you could see it), ample, covered parking. Great shaded terrace to have lunch/diner on. Staff is present all the time to help, if needed.
The apartments are tiny. Literally, shoulder to shoulder in the living room, bedroom or shower room. The entire building has 10 apartments but it should’ve had a maximum of 6. Difficult to gauge from the photos how small the space is.
Apartment two came with black mold on the ceiling of the bedroom. We expected to be noticed and addressed by the staff but it wasn’t. We told them and showed them but again it wasn’t addressed. We slept the entire stay with black mold in our room. Not ideal.
The toilet paper holder was broken. There’s absolutely no shelf or anywhere else to put the toilet paper for comfortable access, other than on the floor because of limited space. The toilet seat cover was coming apart. I believe the entire shower room could use an upgrade.
The pull-out bed in the living room had one corner broken. You can’t sit on it without it slipping from underneath you (the corner towards the door).

Everything was excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and it was perfectly clean. The host was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, and made sure all our requests were met. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again.

The location is close to the beach and the place is with modern facilities. It’s quite new and peaceful.
Though close to the beach its by a road thats not developed so its quite dusty. Also I didn’t get any message from the host about check in instructions so I assumed since it says hotel and suites that it has a receptionist. When we got there, there was none. I had to try calling the host several times to speak to someone about checking in and what he said was because I didnt show up so he thought its a no show. Firstly, he could have sent a message. Second, there is no check in instructions which makes life easier for both guest and host if he did not want to wait. Also, on mg booking I asked for an extra bed for our small child and it was approved but when we got there, there was none. The host said because he thought its a no show, he did not set it up. He offered for the cleaner to come back and set up a crib which I declined now since I didn’t want a crib (he doesn’t sleep in a crib) but an extra bed/mattress. On our first night we saw a cockroach on the curtains which I told the host and he said we are in a rural area so its quite normal to see these around and if we needed cleaning. I declined since I was already disappointed. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom which didn’t go away even if we air it out so we just kept the door shut. also, the stove countertop wouldn’t work. no matter how I try to reset it following the host’s instructions. I tried for two days and just gave up eventually. All of this could have been mitigated had I gotten instructions or at least leave them in the room itself like “why does the ac not turn on” and it was as simple as “make sure to close all windows properly”
