Nestled in Kanab, this attractive house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Years ago, we passed through Kanab on our way to take a take a trip down the Grand Canyon & thought... "What a charming, unique community!" It's moto,"The Greatest Earth On Show" was spot on! It wasn't until (2020) that we realized what a central location it was to many of the National/State Parks/Monuments & "The Grand Circle" where many incredible outdoor activities are just a quick drive from such a really cool town. The "Grand Circle" is a beautiful, vast region located in the Southwestern United States. Encompassing portions of five states – Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada – the Grand Circle contains America’s largest concentration of national parks and monuments, woven together by extraordinary designated scenic byways Have you visited The Grand Circle? If so, then you know how amazing this area is...if not then get ready for fun, entertainment, hiking, biking, swimming, ATV-ing adventure, friendly locals, history & so so much more! Kanab is 'the Heart of the Parks' & is the gateway to three national parks- Zion (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) & the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Casa De Paz ll is a newer home that has absolutely stunning views of the surrounding Red Cliff Canyon & in every direction, you will find another beautiful backdrop! Built & furnished with the care & love you would expect in your own home, Casa De Paz ll features 3 bedrooms~ a primary king en suite with a 55” 4k flat screen, a guest king bedroom with a 55" 4K flat screen & a queen bedroom with a 42“ 4k flat screen . Our home can sleep 6 guests very comfortably. We have provided all new linens, towels, pillows, and cozy bedding to make your stay and sleep a dream after a full day of fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you should expect to cook a full meal for the family. The living room has ample comfy seating, including reclining sofas, a 65” 4k flat screen with YouTube TV, a Blu-ray player, a large movie collection, & games. The dining table can seat 7 plus 2 seats are located at the island. Our home is equipped with WiFi and Netflix for your use. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use as well. This property was very clean and comfortable and had the best stocked kitchen for cooking our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner. Great location for accessing hiking/exploring the Kanab area and National parks. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We met family and friends at the Casa De Paz for a week of outdoor adventures in Utah and Arizona.It was a great headquarters to visit the North Rim of Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon and more.
The house is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the spectacular views while sitting on the back patio! Each of the 3 bedrooms have a large TV, which makes it perfect for 3 couples.
We have stayed in many, many vacation rentals through the years, and the Casa De Paz ranks at the very top of our list.

House was extremely clean and organized with so many small amenities (including - area travel books and brochures, spices, baggies, junk drawer with safety pins and flashlights, bathroom items like q-tips and make-up removal pads)
House decor and bedding was comfortable, on trend and well thought out
Outside backyard view enabled you to enjoy stars at night and watch the sun rise in the morning
Neighborhood pool area and workout center very nice and you could walk to trail hike area behind the house

If you are vacationing in sounthern Utah do yourself a favor and stay here! This place was truly incredible! The views are breathtaking, the neighborhood is immaculate and the town is a perfect location for seeing everything we wanted to see. A lot of thought went into every single detail of this place and it did not go unnoticed. It honestly felt like a home….an expensive, professionally decorated, beautifully landscaped, well-stocked home. Lol It had everything you would expect at a nice hotel as well as all the things you would need in a home! I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Good job, Tisha! You have spoiled us!

This home is exactly what we needed. The location is amazing as is the view. The house had everything we needed to have a stress free stay. We bought groceries, unpacked and had the time of our lives. From the Grand Canyon to Mt. Zion was just beautiful. Swimming was great, home was comfortable with amazing beds, linens, and a very clean home. Views from the porch, access to Tom’s trail and a safe and peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!!!

Tisha was incredible with communication and has everything detailed and labeled at the home. Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen, living room, back yard, and beds were SO cozy!! We literally had everything we needed plus some! We enjoyed the pool and playing pool at the clubhouse. Plenty of games for the kiddos!! This house was the perfect location for our trips to The North Rim, Antelope Canyon, Zion, Peekaboo, Great Chamber, Sand Caves, and Bryce Canyon!! Kanab offers family owned restaurants, tour groups, etc such a cute town. We would definitely come back!! Overall we wouldn’t change or request a single change for our stay! We have been to a lot of VRBO's all across the country. This is the only one that I can truly say I could move in today and have EVERYTHING we could possibly need. From the kitchen, with everything in the cupboards, to the living room with the games and comfy couches, to the beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, again, EVERYTHING!! The back porch area, with the grill, the chairs, all you need to enjoy the view--spectacular. Just so clean and welcoming. Working with Tisha was like working with a good friend. No question was left unanswered. Everything explained, either through texts or with the directions she sent. We are already looking ahead to dates when all six of us can visit again. Thank you, Tisha, for everything!!

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! It had several streaming service options! It was clean and cozy! This was the best vrbo place we've stayed at! We can't wait to come back!

This rental is perfectly located for exploring Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim, and a handful of other popular spots in Southern Utah. We stayed for a week and just barely scratched the surface of things to do in the area. The town of Kanab is adorable and had plenty of restaurants and shops while still maintaining the small town vibe.
The house is exactly as pictured in the listing: clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. My family of 5 had plenty of space to stretch out and relax in between our adventures. The beds were comfy and there were smart TVs in each room. We appreciated all of the cozy touches that set this rental apart and made it feel more like "home." We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and spent our mornings with coffee on the back patio watching the sunrise over the red cliffs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed the few nights that we cooked. The neighborhood has both an indoor and outdoor pool, and is close to the city park with splash pad and water slides. We stayed a view nights in "fancy" Vegas hotels on either end of our trip, and my kids all say that they prefer this house to the hotels.
Check in and check out were easy, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to return. I would recommend this rental to any friends or family visiting the area.

We stayed for five nights in Kanab to visit some of the National Parks. I wish we had booked a longer stay. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, there are hiking paths behind the house, the pool is a nice place to cool off after a long day. The town of Kanab is cute with good markets and even some nice restaurants if you are looking for a night out. That was all at our fingertips! Plus, we were in a great location to visit Zion, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. We did an ATV tour at Coral Pink Sand Dunes and a horse back ride at Cave Lakes Canyon, they were both amazing!

We loved having a home base that was so comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied so that we could relax and enjoy our stay. We saw so much in the area, but also loved the absolute quiet, privacy, and comfort of coming back to the house for a meal, a little TV, or a puzzle. The springs, organization, and little touches with the linens and soaps made it feel like a fine hotel, and the beds were more comfortable than our own at home. Truly a wonderful experience. We'd return in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 8 nights. This home is a gem in the area! I do not think we could have found a better home for our vacation. Very clean and comfortable. The home is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the patio. Tisha goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an enjoyable stay. We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. We also visited some local spots in Kanab: the Sand Caves, Belly of the Dagon and did an ATV tour with Kanab Tour Company to Peekaboo Canyon. We enjoyed the beautiful drive to each destination and my entire family agreed that it was nice to come back each day to a comfortable home after a day of adventure. Do not hesitate to book this home while you explore the Grand Circle. You will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I just wrapped up a month long stay at this wonderful home. The house is a perfect place to stay in Kanab with everything you need. Kanab surprised us with its small town charm and things to do in and around town. We pocked Kanab because of its proximity to Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon, all of which are a 1-1.5 hour drive. The host was terrific and we would definitely stay again!

We spent a week here, and it was the perfect base for our activities. We went to Zion and Bryce Canyon, Peek a Boo Canyon, and hiked many trails in the area. (Do not miss the Sand Caves at sunset on the edge of town!) Returning to our house each day felt like going home. It was generously stocked with staple items in the kitchen, although we weren’t in the mood to cook! We loved all of the closet spaces, including the organizers in the drawers. They made it so easy to move right in for the week. Another bonus was the laundry area stocked with detergent-do helpful after our long days of hiking the trails. The weather was beautiful, which meant we could enjoy the outdoor space also. So many cozy areas to sit and chat and drink tea while overlooking Tom’s Canyon. We visited the pool, hot tub and weight room in the community too.
The owner was a great host, and immediately responsive to texts. She genuinely cared about our experience in their home.
We had searched through many rentals throughout the wider region. This property hooked us and Kanab was the perfect vibe for us. We hope to return some day!

Casa De Paz was an amazing home base to our Southern Utah adventures. We were able to visit the national parks nearby- Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon- and then sit out at the fire pit at night and watch the stars. The house has absolutely everything we needed and then some. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with the fully stocked kitchen and then play cutthroat Connect 4 games after dinner. The house sits yards away from 2 hiking trails and a 15 minute walk to main street. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already planning our next trip.

Close to Zion, Bryce, antelope canyon, north rim of Grand Canyon and so much more. We stayed a week and couldn’t fit half of it in! This property was not only a great central location to so many adventures, but it was such a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well appointed and even had extras we didn't expect! Wi-fi worked great, the Living room was sizeable and comfy with a great TV and streaming. Beds are comfy and plenty of linens. The washer & dryer were top end too! We will go back!

The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, modern, and has great views. The owner was wonderful to work with and check in and check out was easy. Many great restaurants in the area…our favorite was Wild Thyme. Within an hour to hour and half we visited Bryce, Zion, North Rim of Grand Canyon, and a Colorado River raft ride out of Page AZ. We also did the Peekaboo slot Canyon Tour with Kanab Tour. I highly recommend this property and all of the natural beauty the area has to offer.

The short version is Tisha and her family have a simply amazing home.
It was so clean and accommodating and they have fun games for guests to play as well as notebooks/binders with tons of recommendations for things to do in the area, and surrounding areas. We stayed for a week and visited Bryce, Zion, the Grand Canyon, kayaked the Colorado river and so much more. This place was in prime location to get to everything in an hour and a half, or less. The pool and hot tub were also nice to relax in after long days of hiking. Every room had a beautiful TV, and the living room was a nice size to comfortably fit 6 guests. Highly recommend staying here!

Tisha was great, checking on us, easy check in/check out process, everything! She thought of everything with the little details as well. So many kitchen supplies and necessities already there that we didn’t need to buy.
The beds were comfy and the house was clean and well decorated. The view behind the house was beautiful!

Perfect Vacation Home
This property was outstanding. We loved exploring Utah and Arizona and coming home to this house at the end of the day. The location near town was excellent and the pool and spa in the neighborhood were a nice added touch at the end of each busy day. Hi! First time and definitely coming back. The area was perfect for all our day trips. My favorite was Bryce Canyon and Antelope Canyon. We also went to coral pink sands and Zion NP. The home is beautiful and everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and loved the 2 king beds and the queen. Felt like we were home. Reclining sofa in living room was nice for relaxing after all our hiking and sightseeing. Very clean and plenty of linens. Sitting outside in the evening and some mornings was very nice. We came with our 8 year old grandson and our son and daughter in law and made lots of great memories. Thanks for your home, we had such a good time!

We have stayed in Kanab before (in this same neighborhood) and decided to book this home. It was much nicer than the previous one we stayed in. The decor was modern. Interior was clean and everything you could have needed was there. Pool and hot tub were open and great for an evening soak. We usually prefer to stay in a home instead of hotel so we can cook/ have groceries. I cannot think of any complaints.
