Far below my normal experience with Hilton. This property is poorly managed.

Location was good. Newer building.

Multiple issues with room - door lock, missing blackout shades. Coffee was cold and weak in lobby.

The first time was great. The second time was opposite I haven’t been back.

Very clean and Manager is wonderful.

The ladies he has hired at the front desk I believe it was tanisha I could be wrong but anyway she was extremely unbelievably disrespectful and tottaly unprofessional. She 100% needs to loose her job. I’m not ever one to speak on staff I give as much credit as possible when it is due. She was not an exception at all.

Our stay was wonderful ❤️ 💕 ✨️

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The location was close to our family that we were visiting and to the mall. The location is was close to restaurants. The only issue we had was on our last night there with the noise next door, we called the front desk and the situation was handled immediately. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Disorganized, not ready at check in time

Our room was not ready until an hour and a half after check in time. We had to wait in the lobby and one of the staff members was disorganized and unsympathetic about the delay. For the high price there’s no excuse for the delay. Several people were waiting in lobby for rooms. They finally told me I could have a room with a bed and pull out couch (I reserved a room with 2 beds) and when I asked if the couch had sheets they said they would give them to me but they refused to put the sheets on and make up the couch for us.

Warm people, good breakfast, and value for money

very consistent, good quality breakfast good enough to start a good day, with smiling people , I mean staff around with warmth on their face, especially a lady, whose name I forgot to check

Friendly staff, comfortable stay❤️

I liked how soft and comfortable the bed was. There was cable and Netflix access. The shower was nice and big.

The evening front desk was the best. The people cleaning around the hotel also were the best I have ever met.

There is nothing I did not like.

Wedding Stay

It was clean and comfortable enough.

The fire alarm kept going off at 6am causing us to evacuate. And the price was double what it should have been.

it was over booked with hockey kids, one pulled the fire alarm at 1am, sucked. breakfast was a no.

limited close parking, with only front and one side, you might get some exercise

Lovely, clean and friendly environment. Polite and courteous staff.

Clean and quiet room. Lovely interior. Excellent location near many amenities.

Difficulty exiting parking lot to be able to make a left turn at light across the street at the main exit. Having to immediately cross to the third lane was difficult due to traffic.

Nice stay and yes I would stay again.

It was very close to the mall and plenty of food with a quick drive. The ppl were very nice and helpful.

My room had someone’s sock in the living room area and someone’s used lotion bottle near the bed on the floor and a cup of old coffee left inside of the microwave.

Window in room was missing the blackout shade making room bright and night causing difficulty to sleep. Need larger trash can or empty trash daily if not providing daily cleaning.

The breakfast was great and the hotel itself was nice.

You need an entire floor dedicated to the people who are allergic to dogs/cats, etc. I was not aware when I booked that you were pet friendly and would not have stayed there if I knew you do not have a dedicated floor for people like me who are allergic. I am not against dogs/cats but some of us don't do well around them for breathing reasons and we are just afraid of dogs.
