Nice, modern, clean house in a quiet location. Very spacious rooms, plenty of space for a family. Clean and tidy house with every sort of utensils, white goods etc you could need. Good location as handy to Derry and Donegal.
Great to have 4 bedrooms BUT the mattresses and pillows in all of the bedrooms were awful! The mattress with the en-suite was lumpy, you could feel the mattress springs and it was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and did not provide any support. You needed 3 pillows to provide any sort of support/comfort. All of the mattresses need to be replaced. Real shame as otherwise very nice house.

This is a beautiful, modern home in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Derry. We loved our time there. It was very comfortable, clean, and the hosts were magnificent.

It is a lovely property and a beautiful clean house. It is spacious. It is a pity that 1 negative aspect had such a big impact on our stay.
After our first night, we woke up with bites on our bodies after sleeping in the master (en-suite) bedroom bed. See photos. We discovered bedbugs and immediately contacted the Sykes property managers. This could prepare them for us leaving on the third day, so they could address the problem before the next guests arrived. (the mattress was also old and lumpy).We moved to another bedroom and didn’t want to make a big fuss, as the rest of the house was spotless. However, upon leaving, we spoke with the cleaners and learned they had not been told about the bedbugs. This left me very unhappy, as we were itchy for days and it seems no action was taken to resolve the issue. Now, 5 days later, we have still not had any response from the property managers. Not even an apology. (I have a video of a crawling bedbug, but can unfortunately not upload it.)
