We included the breakfast with our stay. But it’s a traditional Turkish breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and it was pea

The hotel was very clean and quite. The room was clean and spacious for two people. The bathroom was nice and modern shower and toilet. The restaurant was nice and quite with a TV.

Excellent stay

Despite going some minutes before the beggining of the breakfast, they gave me a very nice and complete breakfast. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Very good

I have been to Istanbul for work purposes so location was good for me and not so far from Sabiha airport. I booked a room with bath, wifi was excellent for calls and movies, stuff at the reception was polite and helpful when I asked to print some documents for me. Breakfast (omelet and vegetable) is not the best option but there is a good cafe with traditional Turkish breakfast located on the next street.

I have a very positive impression about staying at this small but very cozy hotel

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, the breakfast was the same all days but it was good and quite balanced for me with fresh products, hot tea and nice service. I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where the concert took place (Watergarden), about 20 minutes of walk. There is a nice park close to the hotel. Taxi and buses were available. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a bath right in the room. The room was very clean and cozy. I would recommend this nice hotel and would love to return once I am in Umranie again. Thank you very much!

The room design and the staff was really helpful and kind. It’s very clean and the bed is very comfy. In general nice place to stay. Fast and stable Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is actually as unsatisfying as mentioned in other reviews. It’s just one same plate every day and it’s not enough to get full. Coffee is charged extra which is very sad. There’s not much around the location but I came for dancing lessons so it didn’t bother me much.

We pay the money for 3 days in the hotel. Money was reserved as usual and blocked on my account. We stay only 2 nights. But reception refused to return the money for one night.

Good option for a short stay.

The room was clean. The hotel is easy to find.

The bus stop is 500m away while Metro station is like 20 min away! No chance to get to the European side without changes. In total we spent around one our to get to the main attractions. The staff doesn’t speak English - this is not a big problem as they use google translator to communicate. I didn’t understand why didn’t they put water daily in our fridge. The breakfast is the worst - every day is the same. It looks poor and tastes the same. I was surprised that at check-out we suddenly were informed that we owe some money to the hotel. I paid with card and it was definitely not my problem. They explained it that booking charged in EUR and there was a difference like less than 1€ I think.

Hotel is ok probably for stopping for 1 night, not more, and if you are death or don't care about noise and conditions

My stay at the hotel was a disaster, starting from the begining, at checkin. When we've arrived, they've told us that our reservation is cancelled although I've showed them on booking application that it is valid. We needed to sray around 1 hour, to speak with booking and with them till they've realized that the've made a mistake and reservation was ok, but they've told us that for the first night they will give us 2 rooms at the attic (this rooms were a nightmare and I recommend never to stay there because they are small, low ceiling , very noisy and ac is not cooling very well). From next day we've stayed in the room that we've reserved. Also, next day, we've spoked with the receptionist called Banu , a person that shouldn't work in tourism because she speaks and acts very strange and aggressive (first she started to ask us more money for the room, although we've payed at check-in how much they've asked, another day she told me that if I am 2 minutes late for breakfast, I have to pay for breakfast, I've said ok but she told me that I cannot stay for breakfast in the restaurant, I have to go on the terrace. As a resume, a very bad experience, that I don't recommend to anyone. Regarding hotel, it is very noisy, and the pipes are not insulated, that means that if a guest is going to bathroom, all guests will wake up, and also brealfast is very poor and low quality, everyday the same and no coffee

Overall good experience

Turkish breakfast was good, though the manu was same every morning, and had limited choice. Staffs are good and friendly.

The rooms facing toward the road is a bit noisy which isn't ideal for travellers who want a peaceful stay. Majority of staffs don't understand english.

Absolutely exceptional hotel! Would stay here again and again. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with great A/C, nice beds, huge bathrooms, and great WiFi. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking is super easy too right out front of the hotel.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good for 3 people. Breakfast was good also.

Just the pillows but that’s a personal thing! I sleep with low profil pillow. But soon as I asked, they found me a smaller one :)

Amazing!

The staff were very friendly, most of them don't speak English, but they were very helpful. The room was spacious and the calm environment makse the stay even better.

It was a bit difficult to find taxis, but it's the same problem in Istanbul, you have to walk for like 10-15 mins to be able to find a taxi.

coffee paying however we had breakfast, there is no transfer yet this was included. otherwise very clean and very nice female staff.
