The room is great. Facilities is ok. Love the location also.
The bed is too soft. Uncomfortable.
The check in process is not easy. The tablet at the front door did not work properly. It could not scan the QR code at all.

The location of this apartment is great. It’s very near the peace park, museum, shops and restaurants. On contact with the property they were very accommodating of moving us to a different apartment.
It was advertised as having city views which was the main attraction for us. The reality was there was a view of the wall of the property next door. On raising this with them they accepted this error and moved us to what was actually a 3 bedroom apartment with (indirect) city views. For the price point we were very happy with this. The only other thing was the bed wasn’t very comfortable you could feel the springs in it.
