Everything!
Breakfast is really good.
The view is amazing, super quiet so you get amazing sleep.
The hosts are super nice, too.

Very beautiful surroundings. The bedroom was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with a great view over the vines.
The breakfast is nice and varied.
Location is good to visit the surrounding wine region.
The sound isolation is really not good between bedrooms and the hallway.
The hosts don’t speak English, which makes communication hard and makes the whole experience mainly transactional, which is not expected for a place like this. I couldn’t help but feel less welcome than guests who could communicate freely in Italian or German.

I wish the coffee was available throughout the day and would be nice to have a guest toilet in the main area
