About this house rental
Mulberry house. Walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks away from the Hot Tomato. Huge backyard with covered patio, fire pit, and lockable shed for bikes and gear. The backyard is fenced on 3 sides and open at the driveway. Newly remodeled with all new windows, appliances, cabinets, floor, furniture, and we added air conditioning! Come stay and enjoy Fruita. Lots of hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. Our place is fully stocked for you to enjoy. We allow dogs only with a pet fee. The pet fee covers one dog. We allow 2 but we do charge an extra $50 for the 2nd dog.

Very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Close to everything. We visited the Monument, fished and swam at Highline. Everything was perfect.

Great location close to the heart of downtown. We were here for a Mtb trip. Great location for riding and we toured the Monument. My wife and I rented this house and two other couples rented the house next door. Warm afternoons lounging on the front lawn. Friendly folks walking by in a quiet neighborhood. Will come again.

Great spot near downtown allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and shops. Huge driveway and backyard let us sprawl out and enjoy the sun. Kitchen is well equipped and home is cozy but modern. This was our third stay, we’ll be back.

This was one of our most enjoyable stays. The home was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Located just two blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive to my email questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The backyard and patio are perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything we could have wanted was at this rental including bike racks in a locked shed, an outdoor grill and a fully furnished kitchen. We will definately return.
