It is absolutely stunning and the view of the lake from the rooms is just so beautiful. I was in absolute awe. The rooms are also really beautiful.
The staff are also super kind and professional, I loved them very much and they made my stay so much better including helping with additional things I had requested.
The buffet menu could benefit from more variety especially breakfast, and dinner as well the food was just okay.
The À la carte menu had better food especially the coconut fish.

The view from my room over the valley and lake was spectacular. Clean room and staff were friendly, attentive. Service from all aspects were great.
Pool was not heated when we went for swimming.

Location was ok.
One of the bathrooms in the lodge/villa needed to be better designed so shower water flows better.
