We liked everything, the cleanliness of the house, facilities, location, the house got all useful things for a comfortable stay, and Johan is always available for anything.

The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or even couples. You have everything you need on disposal. The balcony is big and faced south with plenty of sun. The air conditioning unit is a very good one, with 4 individual internal units for the bedrooms and the living area. Super nice, because we had 38 degrees outside temperature. The garage was a big plus for us because we had 3 motorbikes.
In the apartment description it was written that there are 2 bathrooms. In reality there are 2 bathrooms only with showers. The toilet (WC) is located separately and is only ONE. That's the biggest and maybe only negative part of this apartment.
