Value for money and ground floor location (due to bad hip!) Very handy for the better of the two beaches. Although a studio, the kitchen was separate and had newish appliances. Swimming pools on site a huge bonus, as was v efficient air con, something that is missing from some very fancy apartments elsewhere in Collioure. Bed very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and nice hot shower.
Balcony view completely blocked by large shrub ( even though of opposite building) and no WiFi, which meant that i ripped through my phone data over 9 days, and it was near impossible to fill out the detailed online mandatory check in and check out inventories with sporadic internet acces. . I can only assume they have been unlucky with other customers due to requiring inventory, , damage insurance, and the suggestion you pay for professional cleaning ( I did this myself and was complimented for it by letting agent.) Furnishings in bed/ main area very basic and tired looking, with plastic tablecloth and paint splodges on one metal dining chair, somehow out of keeping with the modern bathroom decor. However, it was still great value for money. If it had WiFi, and remained well priced, I would book it again when I return to Collioure next autumn.

Emplacement parfait avec place de parking et le grand plus la piscine qui permet d’alterner entre la mer et la piscine . Résidence très silencieuse ce qui est très agréable.
Je n’ai pas de reproches proprement dit en étant pointilleuse le bacon aurait mérité d’être un petit peu plus grand et bon niveau vue sur un laurier qui est envahissant mais en étant au rdc il permet une intimité

La résidence est familiale et bien entretenue. Les piscines sont très agréables et accessibles facilement. Le parking en plein Collioure est un vrai plus puisque l’appartement est à quelques pas de la plage et du centre.
Le lit supplémentaire (fauteuil-lit) n’est pas le plus confortable mais le reste tout était nickel.
