Відношення персоналу - жахливе. Ріелтор запізнилась, і при заселенні і при виселенні. Букінг вказав одну ціну на сайті. При бронюванні - менеджери на місці повідомили більшу суму. На прохання пояснити чому вона вища - мені відповіли «якщо вам шось не подобається - йдіть звідси». Я була шокована їх відношенням до клієнтів. Я зняла помешкання щоб працювати. А в номері зник інтернет. Замість того щоб вирішувати ситуацію - різні менеджери повідомляли різну інформацію, придумували її на ходу. Врешті довелось шукати інше місце.

Amenities in the apartment (washer, no dryer though, kitchen appliances, sound proof windows), security of the apartment complex itself, cafe in the building that starts serving breakfast at 7 am

Organizational questions were a little bit difficult to solve. The person who gave us the keys wasn’t briefed on some basic questions related to the accommodation. Response time can also be improved. As a matter of fact, the last message I sent through booking.com still remains unanswered (7 days so far). I was unable to get an answer how to I could access the territory of Comfort Town with a car, therefore, I had to walk about a mile to the entry point with the bags. With this being said, the apartment is nice, but client management has some areas for improvement. I noticed that few other clients had similar complaints, which makes me believe that the business has an easy way to improve their rating by fixing those gaps in client management.

The area is very kid’s friendly, a lot of cafes, restaurants, and many playgrounds.

I traveled with 2 small children. 1. Few hours before arrival i got a message from administrator that i must come to another address to pick up the key and pay cash in UAH and give the deposit amout (likely agreed in euros). We had group transfer, it was 21:00, i was with small kids, i tried to explain that it very inconvenient to go to another address (which is 15 min away), and go to pay and take the key, while everyone in the bus will be waiting for me?? 2. We booked for 3 people, but when we arrived there was just one bed, 2 pillows and one blanket. For 3 people!!!! For next night I asked for extra planket and pillow. They brought it. Without pillowcase and without blanket cover. I wrote again. They brought it at 22:30. Really, it’s very difficult to bring all together. 3. My kid’s socks got black just after 10 minutes walking without shoes in the apartment. No idea when they cleaned the floor last time( 4. Check out. I wrote to administrator that the bus (group transfer again) will wait for me at 11am, so i must go before that time. The evening before checkout I asked them to come for keys at 10:40am. Administrator said “yes”. Next morning i wrote again “please come 10:40 because I have transfer at 11”. “Yes, we will come and bring your deposit”. At 11:02 i called administrator to find out that the lady (who supposed to come) needs 20 more minutes!!! WHF! Again everyone was waiting for me!! Terrible, terrible service.

It was nice because it has restaurants and cafes that are convenient and also easy excess to grocery store
