01st time at Valley View but our umpteenth to this site as we love where it is situated with easy access to get to other parts of Cornwall. The accomodation is in a prime location on the site itself, is modern, clean, well equipped, balcony with furniture and a hot tub which was lovely. The site is quiet with a play park, swimming pool, small arcade and a bar serving food although a little inconsistent at times.
If I was being critical i would say a couple of things need a little tlc. Whilst the bed itself was comfortable the pillows were not and the bedding could do with an upgrade. A good nights sleep on holiday makes all the difference.

It’s a beautiful place there’s lots of added touches which we loved we obviously had the hot tub which was great comfy outdoor seating the double bedroom also had en-suite which was lovely
A few things needed touching up but they didn’t let it down and the owner was great with communication I wouldn’t say we disliked anything

Spotlessly clean, lovely site, communication with Garry was perfect and the amenities in the property were better than we could have expected.
