Lovely isolated location within easy reach of Iscoyd Park. Pretty cottage. Loved the scratched graffiti on the bedroom window dating back to 1664 (or 1884?)!
No WiFi (in a zone with very little mobile coverage) was a problem. Given that the problem was ongoing, it would have been helpful to have been warned (which we weren’t). Might be worth adding the property name at the entrance as it’s a little difficult to find at night.

Great location when attending a function at Iscoyd Park - less than a mile down a gravel track.
Comfortable beds, well equipped

Spacious for 7 family members. Excellent accessories, bulk cleaning liquid’s and basics. Historical profile of Godsal family Estate, and link to Iscoyd Park, where wedding venue was .
No lock on lounge / bathroom door
Stripping beds before checkout, should be part of the service.

Great location for Iscoyd park wedding although the country lane is a little bumpy and narrow.
Character property with enough rooms for our family group.
There were tea bags but no milk so make sure you bring whatever you need including bin bags and dishwasher tablets ( there are minimum of those) and toilet roll. The property is quaint but could do with a little updating but we had a lovely stay. It would be nice if there were more natural flowers in the garden and that you could see the brook or get to it but all a little overgrown. We love nature and great to see the birds in the hedges though.
