Staff was very helpful. Osama helped us a lot and Aziz also helped. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. Main thing - Riad was very clean and staff was responsive. We extended our stay. We would strongly recommend this Riad ( better than booking a Hotel). It is authentic and beautifully decorated.

Excellent place, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Hicham. I stayed in the Piano room, right off the main square; beautiful room, excellent shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, hearty, and included. I also used the spa/ had a hammam and massage after we had trek in the Atlas mountains for 5 days; a warm and enjoyable experience.

Central for shopping, restaurants and the square. It was very clean with extremely attentive staff. I had a massage which was incredible. The roof terrace was lovely to go to after a hectic afternoon.

It was good to be close to the square, but the signboard was not marked as 'booking.com', so it was hard to find it.
The most important thing about the operation of the Riad will be the honesty and trust in its guests. This Riad is the worst in that respect. We wanted to travel to Morocco, so we left for Marrakech from Madrid, Spain, and stayed at this Riad. I've traveled several times, but it's the first time a hotel has been scammed by a customer. I don't think they know that even if I come once, more or less customers can come because of me. It's a pity that a beautiful and good-hearted Morocco remains the worst trip for me because of them who laugh on the outside and are not honest with their customers and cheat on their hearts.
