The physical property was very good. Lovely hotel, great accommodations, bed linens, etc. kitchenette well supplied very happy with the overall experience.

unfortunately, we experienced an earthquake while we were there. The staff was wonderful in trying to calm everyone that was there. They brought out a cart with aromatic teas coffee, water to make us as comfortable as possible. A very big suggestion would be that there should be some written information on a card or indivisible location to inform guest in the event of an earthquake. What should be each individuals response if they are in the hotel room. We did not know how to evacuate or what to do how to protect ourselves. That is a very important issue to address with the staff. Each one we spoke to had a different opinion of what we should’ve done. Otherwise the staff was really incredibly wonderful and very accommodating. But they need to have information for the travelers to be well informed of a response to an earthquake

Clean, modern, nice facilities, rooftop pool and bar.

Everything was great.

As mentioned the music in the top roof pool is absolutely disgusting I do appreciate different music styles but this was only one regetton and super high volume even to the point my son did complain

The room was lovely.

The staff attitude was not good. I asked for help to check into my next flight (the email was in Spanish) and the initial lack of help combined with staff sniggering and laughing at me was completely unprofessional and upsetting. Our room was also not cleaned properly- floors and toilet not cleaned. Also the restaurant staff upsold us Italian water at £7 a half bottle instead of local Colombian water at £2. When we specifically asked the next night for local water they tried again to sell us the £7 water. By way of reference local beer was £2 a bottle. At breakfast, 2 of the four fruits were not ripe. What chef cuts up an unripe mango and presents it on a platter? Given how cheap fruit is in Columbia, that is disgraceful. At 9 floors up the traffic noise is really bad. I had asked for a quiet room but was not allocated that. This hotel failed on many levels
