Lack of information regarding food, Wi-Fi,
Reception staff very unhelpful not available most of the time
No information regarding dinner or breakfast even though advertised as having restaurant nothing in evidence although we tried to find it reception closed 7pm all in darkness. So we went without both!
No instructions as to get back into hotel if went out to eat, very very poor communication for visitors
