The location is amazing.

Very clean, enjoyed breakfast & staff is fabulous, especially Sirik who spoke perfect English. The staff also speak Russian. A short few blocks to the Opera House, so we saw two ballets. We were able to walk to Republic Square & see the sights there. This is tucked away in a residential.block, but that meant it was quiet & a Big 24 convenience store in the block had everything we needed, including delicious & very reasonable kabob they made fresh on a charcoal grill inside. Try it! Lits of shops,, restaurants & cafes on the main streets so close by. The room has a nice size fridge & the staff even offered us plates when we went back to eat our kebab takeaway.

This was not a problem for us at all & I understood it in reading reviews. There are a few steps down from ground level to enter the small, but modern & clean hotel. This means your room windows are at ground level. We often opened our windows to get a nice cross breeze & all windows have curtains. Also, all the rooms are a bit different, some good for roommates, some for families, some couples & some larger than others, but I thought well thought out for different types of guests. We enjoyed our stay & thought it was very good value, especially for the location!

It is very well located in the centre of Yerevan while being in a calm street. It covered all my needs with good comfort and convenience for a reasonable price.

The neighbourhood is not very well cared for. The hotel and its rooms are all on the ground floor.

It was really beautiful, stylish, clean and comfortable room. Great location - in the city center (you can go everywhere by foot). There is a mini bar, fridge, hairdryer, kefle. In the reception you can find kitchen with some stuff. Staff speaks English 👌🏻

located in an amazing location in the city center with a lot of nice places around. WiFi works good everywhere which was important for me.

the property wasn’t clean and had a bad smell in the room. super small room, but it’s understandable for this price.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Located just behind Mashtots st/avenue so very quiet yet close to the main streets. Airport pick up was great, efficient and good value. WiFi was good.

Laundry service is expensive relative to the room price

Being here second time, being accommodated in the bigger room, my opinion about this place rose. With given discounts the price is very fair comparing to the standard.

The breakfast could definitely be better, or at least optional... I was slightly disappointed that making the laundry is possible ony at morning hours and is given back next day (this rule was senseless in case of our stay and needs)

Location was great as it was good part of the city although nearby alleys were old and not in good style. hotel is a one floor property on the ground floor and windows looks like you are looking the street from basement which I didn't find any remarks on this issue on the booking.com but clean rooms and acceptable furniture , very comfy and clean bed. house keeping and good attention on cleaning room on your demand was great. good free wifi. plate breakfast was served (not buffet) and few changes everyday. and nobody asked if we need more but cant complain as the quality was good enough and you won't leave the table hungry. one or two staffs (lady) could speak acceptable English, but two boys English were good for only greetings. almost good for the price we paid by all discounts. but I rather to try other places on my next visits to Yerevan.

noisy and loud speaking Russians in the lobby/breakfast room waking you up every morning and some late nights , surprisingly staffs didn't care for it at all. but at least there wasn't any disturbing noise from outside

The location of the accommodation in the downtown. I liked the stuff and included breakfast which wasn't the same every day. Hairdryer in the room.

I didn't like that the room was in the lower ground floor with the windows in the level of the pavement of the street. Small basket.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! It felt like home

We had to leave before official breakfast time, but the staff was helpful and prepared Smalltalk brakfast for us.
