Excellent service from receptionist, kitchen staff who prepared delicious breakfast, housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the facility and our room (we stayed 2 nights) and to the maintenance guy who helped my daughter put battery in her toy. You guys are so amazing. This hotel is our to go hotel during our staycation with my kids. And definitely we'll go back there again. I'm hoping everything will be the same, the service and cleanliness. 🤩

The swimming pool was great
One elevator wasn’t working so instead of turning it to out of service they let it act like it was running making it hard to get to your proper floor. Very frustrating for someone with heart condition who can’t take stairs
